This year, they also decided to cheer up some settlements where people like and read Meglepetés with some flowers. Where inhabitants wish to have well-kept Meglepetés flower beds, the readers can cooperate with the local government and apply for the competition by 8 March. This year, 5 lucky towns or villages will be chosen from the applicants. The enthusiastic and hard-working editorial staff under the guidance of head gardener Péter Kiszel and equipped with a cart of seedlings will go there, plant and water the seedlings and leave behind a beautifully tidied small square in the end.
Over the past few years, they have worked in Süttő, Bakonybél, Szentes, Kakucs, Sérsekszőlős, Badacsonytomaj, Martfű and who knows in how many places. It will turn out where this diligent team is to turn up this year.
