From 1 September 2026, Central Media Group will operate its subscription and CRM functions under a new organisational structure. The change is designed to accelerate the implementation of the company’s digital subscription strategy by building on its extensive expertise in magazine subscriptions. At the heart of this strategy is 24 Extra, the digital subscription product of 24.hu. Dániel Márfi will join the media company in the newly created role of Head of Subscription and CRM.
The digital subscription business is one of Central Media Group’s key growth areas, which the company has continued to strengthen in recent years from both a content and organisational perspective. As part of the new structure, CRM and PPC processes, as well as the management of magazine and digital subscriptions, will be brought under coordinated professional leadership. The new operating model will enable the company to leverage synergies between its print and digital businesses more effectively and better serve subscriber needs, with the aim of further growing both its subscriber base and subscription revenues.
Dániel Márfi has nearly ten years of professional experience in digital sales, CRM and customer lifecycle management. At Yettel, he served as Acting Digital Channels & Sales Director, overseeing the company’s web and mobile channels as well as its digital sales operations. He previously held leadership positions at Yettel in digital marketing, digital media and online sales. Prior to that, he worked at Vodafone as a Digital Transformation Program Lead and Digital Funnel Expert.
As part of the organisational restructuring, the position of Marketing and Distribution Director will be discontinued, and Andrea Tóbiás will leave Central Media Group by mutual agreement. Over the past years, Andrea has played a key role in leading the company’s subscription, distribution and marketing activities, contributing to Central’s continued leading position in the magazine subscription market. Central Media Group would like to thank Andrea for her work and commitment and wishes her every success in the next stage of her professional career.
