Business and self-help books are important tools for inspiration and personal growth. But which books are worth your time? In its book club, which launched on March 25, BookLab organizes discussions and fosters a professional community centered around the most important non-fiction titles.

Our goal is not only to highlight the most important titles from the flood of business and self-improvement books, but also to ensure that the knowledge contained in these books does not remain on the shelf, but instead fosters new perspectives and connections. The program therefore complements reading with discussions, materials to aid in processing the content, and in-person meetings.

We recommend participation to decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and readers open to self-improvement, but anyone interested in contemporary business and social trends is welcome to join.

The book club packages consist of several components:

– a curated selection of business books that fill a gap in the market,

– workbooks created for the books to aid in processing the material,

– discussions, author–reader meetings, and workshops.

More Than Just Reading

“Reading business and self-improvement books with discernment provides a significant competitive advantage. With the book club, we want to create an environment where quality books and business pragmatism come together,” says Árpád Budaházy, founder of BookLab. He adds: he has been working in book publishing for more than twenty years, during which time he has been involved in the publication of over a thousand titles, and an important part of his work is identifying which topics and authors will shape the thinking of the coming years.
